REMEMBER: Your reports will not be forwarded to the proper individuals until you have closed the report, so it is very important to close your Shift Reports by the end of each shift.

Key Things to Remember

Save your report after you write and entry. The go back to it when you need to make another entry or edit an exisiting one.

If your shift is an overnight one, you MUST remember to change the date once you pass 2400. For example if you start your shift on Monday and start a report at 2345 and finish it at 0100 on Tuesday you MUST remember to change the date for the 0100 entry to Tuesdays date. If you don't the system will think you are making an entry for 0100 on Monday.

Save often! This will save you a lot of frustration and information re-entry.
